Data Recovery Agreement
Please print, sign and return this agreement with a check or money order for the Diagnostic Fee appropriate for the type of drive you need recovered.
Marks PC Service agrees provide a service limited to a diagnostic test of the media supplied by the customer, and a recommendation on the best possible means to proceed with the data recovery.
Upon approval of our recommendation, Marks PC Service will attempt to recovery any data available using current technology. Marks PC Service does not guarantee the integrity of the data nor the amount of data recovered.
Marks PC Service will recover all readable data from the customer's media and supply the customer with a copy of the recovered data. Restoration of any recovered data to the customers computer system is the customer's responsibility.
During the recovery process, Marks PC Service may be required to view the recovered files for verification purposes. Marks PC Service is not responsible for any inappropriate or illegal data recovered. The customer agrees to hold harmless Marks PC Service, its owner(s), employees, or agents with respect to any and all legal issues arising as a result of the customer's possession of any inappropriate or illegal data.
This agreement and the diagnostic fee must accompany the media containing the data to be recovered.
